(Middlesex Centre) – On April 20, 2021 at 1:14 p.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police performed a routine traffic stop on Gideon Drive, Middlesex Centre, for a Highway Traffic Act infraction, which resulted in the arrest of two occupants.
Gordon MAGEE, a 23-year-old from London has been charged with:
- Operation While Prohibited, section 320.18(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Carrying concealed weapon, section 90, of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine, section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
- Use plate not authorized for vehicle, section 12(1)(d) of the Highway traffic Act
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room June 4, 2021.
Joshua TAYLOR, a 26-year-old from London has been charged with:
- Carrying concealed weapon, section 90, of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine, section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room June 4, 2021
