(TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) – On December 28, 2019 shortly after 2:00 p.m., members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle on Clover Valley Road, in the City of Temiskaming Shores, Ontario. Further investigation revealed that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
Wayne EVANS, 54-years-old, of the City of Temiskaming Shores, is arrested and charged with the following:
Adult operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), contrary to section 320(14)(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (C.C.).
The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded. The accused was released by way of Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on January 14, 2020, in the City of Temiskaming Shores, Ontario.
