Traffic Stop Leads Drug Seizure & 4 Arrests

(MIDDLESEX, ON) – On April 28, 2020 at 13:52 p.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on Sharon Dr. located in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for a traffic related offence. Police soon learned that the driver’s licence was suspended and the vehicle contained a quaintly of controlled substances. The driver and three occupants were placed under arrest at the scene and transported to the OPP detachment.

As a result of an investigation police have charged the driver Ronald CHRISJOHN -age 36- of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation, ON, with:

CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine

CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Cocaine

CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Other Drugs

HTA 53(1) Driving while under suspension

HTA 128 Speeding 1 – 49 Km/h over posted limit

Police have also charged the vehicle occupants Bobbi Lynn DOXTATOR -age 30- of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation, ON. , Hubert LEBARRIE -age 59- of London ON. and Nathan LESLIE -age 19- of London ON, with:

CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine

CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Cocaine

CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Other Drugs

Bobbi Lynn DOXTATOR has also been charged with one count of:

CC 145(5)(a) Failure to comply with release order.

All accused parties have been released from police custody and are scheduled to appear in a London court room on July 17, 2020 to speak to the charges.
