Suspended Driver Tries To Evade Police

(BRANT TWP, ON) – On April 11, 2020 at 8:29 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on patrol along Concession 2 in Brant Township noticed a motorcycle moving at a high rate of speed. The cruiser emergency lighting was activated, but the operator failed to stop. Patrols of the area were conducted and the motorcycle was located parked at a residence along Concession 4 in Brant Township.

A 34-year-old resident of Brant Township was charged with Fail to Stop for Police, Driving While under Suspension, Unauthorized Plates and Drive with no Insurance. The accused will be appearing in court as required to answer to the charges.
