Suspended Driver Charged After Hit And Run Involving Pedestrian

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 1, 2020 at 7:12 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a pedestrian involved collision on Durham Street, Kincardine. Officers arrived with Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to find that the vehicle was gone.

As a result of the investigation, a 57-year-old Kincardine resident was charged with 2 counts of Drive while under Suspension, Fail to Remain and Fail to Yield to Pedestrian.

The pedestrian had minor injuries assessed at the scene.
