(NORTH PERTH, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid a criminal charge in relation to a threat made on April 22 2020.
Police were contacted regarding child custody issues, and during the investigation, a threat was made by one of the individuals involved, directed at the other party.
As a result, a 32 year old resident of North Perth has been charged with:
Utter Threats – Cause Bodily Harm or Injury
The accused has been arrested and released from police custody, and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
