(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) -On Saturday, January 30, 2021 at approximately 1:14 p.m., an officer with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Brant County Detachment conducted a traffic stop on Cockshutt Rd in Brant County, after observing a vehicle with no front plate.
As a result of the investigation, the driver, Mark PITTELLI, 39-years-of-age from Sault Ste Marie, has been charged with:
- Driving under licence of other jurisdiction while suspended in Ontario contrary to section 36 of the Highway Traffic Act;
- Fail to Have Insurance Card contrary to section 3(1) of the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.
The driver is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to the charges.
