Chatham-Kent Police Daily Update 23Mar2024

The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to 162 calls for service in the last 24 hours.  There were 6 arrests.

Break and Enter in Chatham – CK24012882

This morning at approximately 3:30 a.m. police responded to an alarm at the Mobil Gas Bar on Richmond Street.  Upon arrival, officers observed that the front window had been smashed.  With the assistance of video surveillance 3 suspects were observed fleeing the area.

Break and Enter in Chatham – CK24012755

Yesterday morning at approximately 10:00 a.m. police responded the Raleigh Street area for a break and enter. The investigation revealed that sometime overnight suspect(s) forced entry through a garage window, removing tools with an estimated value of $750.00

Yesterday morning at 11:45a.m. police responded the Raleigh Street area for a break and enter. The investigation revealed that sometime overnight suspect(s) forced entry into a garage, removing welding equipment with an estimated value of $750.00
