50 Year Old From St. Marys Arrested – Details Released

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – Driver charged with Impaired after vehicle leaves roadway and rolls.

On March 21, 2024, at 2:32 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London paramedic Service and local fire were dispatched to Elginfield Road in Lucan Biddulph, for the report of a single vehicle that left the roadway and rolled.

It was determined the driver had previously consumed alcohol. An Approved Screening Device (ASD) was utilized. The driver was arrested.

The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was transported to local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

As a result, Inesha O’HARA a 50-year-old of St. Marys, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on May 1, 2024.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.

Drunk Driver From Grand Bend Arrested In Lucan

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – Driver charged with Impaired after vehicle leaves roadway and enters ditch.

On March 17, 2024, at 10:17 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to Richmond Street in Lucan Biddulph, for the report of a single vehicle that left the roadway and entered the ditch.

It was determined the driver had previously consumed alcohol. An Approved Screening Device (ASD) was utilized. The driver was arrested and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment where further tests were administered.

As a result, Adam SINDEN, a 25-year-old of Grand Bend, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Dangerous operation

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on May 9, 2024.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
