SIEGFRIED & SHULAR Arrested For Impaired Driving

(SOUTHERN BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – Two motorists received driver’s license suspensions, vehicle impoundments and criminal court dates after being charged with impaired driving this past weekend.

  • On June 23, 2023, at 10:01 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle in the ditch along Bruce County Road 19 in Brant Township. Officers arrived and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Timothy SHULAR, 56-years-old, from Arran-Elderslie Township, was charged with Refuse to Comply with Breath Sample Demand. The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 26, 2023, to answer to the charge.
  • On June 23, 2023, at 7:10 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspected impaired driver on Bruce County Road 3 in Brant Township. Officers located the vehicle, and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Heather SIEGFRIED, from the Municipality of South Bruce was charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 26, 2023, to answer to the charges.

The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) wants motorists to know that an impaired driver charge carries an immediate ninety-day driver’s license suspension and an immediate seven-day vehicle impoundment.
