(Kincardine, ON.) – On November 6th, 2009 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Section, along with members of the South Bruce Detachment and OPP Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a residence on Queen Street, Kincardine.
A Kincardine resident, Tyler NICKEL, 30 years, was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.
As a result of the investigation, Police discovered a quantity of Cocaine worth an approximate street value of $7,800.00, and a quantity of Canadian Currency.
NICKEL was held for a bail hearing and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Walkerton, Ontario on the 9th of November 2009.
