(KINCARDINE, ON.) – 60 year old John Henderson of Kincardine is facing a charge of Operate with Over 80 milligrams following a November 7th, 2009 traffic stop on Queen Street, Kincardine. He was arrested at scene and his vehicle was towed. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on December 14, 2009 to answer to the charge. Motorists are again reminded that there is no excuse for drinking and driving. The South Bruce OPP have a zero tolerance for impaired drivers.
