(KINCARDINE, ON.) – 18 year old Dustin Hughes of Kincardine Township is facing charges of Operate Over 80 Milligrams and Person Under 19 Years Having Alcohol following a traffic stop on County Rd 15, Greenock Township, on November 14, 2009.
