(Huron East, ON) On January 10, 2010 at approximately 7:15 pm an 18 year old male was assaulted after leaving a friend’s residence in Seaforth. Two individuals who had also been at the same residence followed the victim and attacked him near Main Street. They punched and kicked him until he fell to the ground and blacked out. He was later taken to the Seaforth Hospital with the assistance of friends where he was treated and later released.
Two people are now facing charges. The first, a 17 year old Central Huron male, was arrested and charged with one count of Assault Cause Bodily Harm. Police are seeking the second involved party, a 17 year old Central Huron female, who is also facing one count of Assault Cause Bodily Harm. The investigation remains ongoing.
