(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On February 14, 2010 at 10:39 pm, the South Bruce OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. on Durham Street, Kincardine when a Dodge Dakota truck stopped at the R.I.D.E. checkpoint and officers quickly identified that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 29 year old Lucas Pritchard of Paisley is charged with Driving with Over 80 Miligrams, Drive no licence, Having Liquor in Open Container and Operate a Vehicle with no Insurance. Pritchard is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on April 5, 2010 to answer to the charges.
