(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On March 13, 2010 at 1:07 am, a South Bruce OPP member stopped a pick up truck on Durham Street East in Walkerton. The driver of the vehicle was found to have been drinking alcohol.
25 year old Donald Tiffany of Durham, Ontario is charged with Impaired Driving, Operating with Over 80 Milligrams, Driving while Disqualified and Drive while under Suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on April 26, 2010 to answer to the charges.
