(MITCHELL, ON) Perth County OPP officers in West Perth were dispatched to a Charlotte St. residence in Mitchell on Friday March 26, 2010. The homeowners discovered that their house had been entered and items were missing.
Investigation revealed that sometime between Thursday evening March 25, 2010 and Friday morning March 26, 2010 an unknown person entered the residence via the unlocked rear door. The culprit removed a Nintendo WII system and a number of computer games from the residence. Over $100 of Canadian Tire money was also taken.
The OPP are continuing to investigate this break enter and theft but they are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity on Charlotte St. between Thursday and Friday to contact them at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
