(TECUMSEH, ON) – One person has been charged following a traffic stop in Tecumseh.
On March 13, 2026, at approximately 1:15 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on Riverside Drive near Arlington Boulevard in the Town of Tecumseh.
Caleb DOCHERTY, 30-years-old of Tecumseh was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Failure or refusal to comply with demand
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on April 28, 2026, to answer to the charges.
