(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On March 19, 2010 at 10:38 pm, a pickup truck was stopped on Concession 8, Brant Township and the driver was found to have been consuming alcohol.
38 year old Gary Williamson of Elmwood is charged with Impaired Driving, Operation with Over 80 Milligrams, No Insurance, No Driver’s Licence and Drive with Open Liquor. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on May 3, 2010 to answer to the charges.
