(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Monday, March 22, 2010 shortly after 1 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer on patrol stopped a motorist on Perth Road 107 near Perth Line 33.
The officer obtained grounds to make the roadside screening demand. The driver failed the roadside test, was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville. There he registered breath readings over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
Steven LARIVIERE a 25 year old Alder Flats Alberta resident was charged with “Operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is set to appear in Stratford Court on April 6th 2010 to answer to his charge.
