William Dosman – Drunk Driving

(LISTOWEL, ON) On Monday March 01, 2010 around 7:30 p.m. a Perth County OPP officer on patrol in Listowel stopped a GMC Savana van on Mitchell Rd. S. The officer spoke to the driver and detected the odour of an alcoholic beverage being emitted from his breath.

The officer administered a roadside breath test which the driver failed. The driver was arrested and transported to the Palmerston OPP Detachment where he registered over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.

William DOSMAN (60) of Listowel was charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is to appear in Listowel court on April 7th 2010 to answer to this charge. He was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
