(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On February 15, 2010 at 5:00 pm, the South Bruce OPP observed a driver talking on a cell phone while driving along Andrew Street, Teeswater. 60 year old Elaine Lippert of Teeswater is charged with Drive Motor Vehicle on a highway while using a hand held wireless communication device. The South Bruce OPP would like to remind motorists that if they are using a cell phone while driving, a hands free device MUST be used.
