(Wingham, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police Criminal Investigation Branch in conjunction with the Wingham Police Service are now able to identify the name of the second person charged in the February 12th death of Scott HAYES of Wingham.
Ronald WARD (26) of Culross Township has now been charged with one count of Second Degree Murder. Both Ronald WARD and his co-accused Christopher WARD remain in custody. Their next court date will be February 16, 2010 for a video remand in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
