(KINCARDINE, ON.) – The South Bruce OPP stopped a vehicle on Highway 9, Kincardine Township around 11:30 pm on January 8, 2010, and discovered that the driver had been drinking. 18 year old Megan McKinlay of Kincardine is charged with Driving with Over 80 Milligrams and Driving a Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Liquor. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on February 8th, 2010 to answer to the charges.
