(South Huron, ON) On December 18, 2009 shortly before 1:00 pm, the Huron OPP was called to the Unusual Finds store in Exeter regarding a shoplifter. A female had put merchandise in her pocket and left the store. Owners detained her until police could arrive. The value of the merchandise taken was $3.00.
As a result of the investigation, Rebecca SHEPPARD (27) of London is charged with one count of Theft Under $5,000. She will answer to her charge in the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on January 28, 2010.
