(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On December 17th, 2009 at 9:16 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a call to attend a motor vehicle collision on Bruce County Road 10, Brant Township. One of the involved drivers was located at the Becker’s store in Bentinck Township.
46 year old Andrew Martyn of Tottenham, Ontario is facing charges of Impaired Driving, Refuse Breath Test and Mischief. Martyn is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on February 22, 2009 to answer to the charges.
The South Bruce OPP would like to remind motorists that there is no excuse for Impaired Driving. If you drink, don’t drive.
