(Kincardine, ON.) – On December 15th, 2009 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit and the South Bruce OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a Heather Boulevard residence in Huron Township, County of Bruce.
As a result, police seized a quantity of cocaine and cannabis marihuana with an estimated street value of $1,120.00.
Charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance is Bruce County Resident Braden DIETZE-ZURBRIGG (Age21). DIETZE-ZURBRIGG was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 25th 2010.
