William Malow – Drunk Driving

Goderich, ON) On December 5, 2009 Huron OPP officers were set up for a RIDE checkpoint in Goderich when a vehicle approached the area. The driver appeared to be confused. Upon speaking to the driver, officers detected the strong odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. The driver also exhibited the signs of being impaired by alcohol. The driver was arrested and taken to the Huron OPP Detachment to meet with a qualified Intoxilizer Technician. When asked to provide two samples of his breath, the male refused.

As a result of the investigation, William MALOW (59) of Shelby Township in Michigan was charged with one count of Impaired Driving and one count of Fail to Provide Breath Sample. He was released with a court date of December 7, 2009 due to his citizenship.
