(KINCARDINE, ON.) – 21 year old Meghan Kerry of Walkerton is facing charges of Operate with Over 80 milligrams of alcohol and Drive Motor Vehicle with Open Alcohol after stopping at a Festive RIDE checkpoint on Concession 10 in the village of Elmwood. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on January 11th, 2009 to answer to the charges. Motorists are reminded there is no excuse for drinking and driving. The South Bruce OPP have a zero tolerance for Impaired Driving.
