Hanover Drive By Shooting update.
3 men are in costody in connection with the Hanover drive by shooting. The victim was not the intended target and is in serious but stable condition.
19 year old Cody Michael Crocker of no fixed address, 40 year old Dwight Robert Chambers of Bluevale, and 19 year old Scott David Pletch of Wingham have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
