At 11:57pm on November 21, 2009 Huron OPP responded to a call about a suspicious person on Rattenbury Street in Clinton. The complainant stated that a male was crawling in between houses and other suspicious activities including hiding in bushes. When officers arrived, the male fled and was chased on foot. He was located and taken into custody. Following an investigation, Michael ADKIN (20) of Central Huron has been charged with one count of Trespass by Night and two counts of Breach Probation. He will answer to his charge in Goderich Court on January 11, 2010. Further charges may be pending.
