Suspended Driver Caught Again – Michele SICILIA

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged another driver after they were caught driving while their licence was suspended.

Just before 3:30 a.m. on June 20 2020, a member of the Perth County OPP on general patrol observed a vehicle fail to stop completely at a stop sign on Road 146 in the Municipality of North Perth.

Upon speaking with the driver, it was discovered that their licence had been suspended.

As a result, Michele SICILIA, 37, of North Perth has been charged with:

Driving while Under Suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charge. The vehicle was towed from the scene, and a seven day vehicle impoundment and a seven day licence suspension have been initiated as per statute.
