Spike Belt Used To Stop Vehicle – Four Arrested

(LONDON, ON) – On March 11, 2020, members of the OPP West Region Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad were conducting an investigation on a federal parolee in London.

Officers identified the suspect and three associates and attempted to contain their vehicle, but the suspects fled the scene.

A short time later, police spotted the suspect vehicle on Muncey Road in Strathroy-Caradoc. Officers with Chippewa of the Thames Police Service and Oneida Police Service deployed a spike belt to bring the suspect vehicle to a stop and arrested the suspects. Officers seized a quantity of cocaine, crack cocaine and fentanyl at the scene.

Kenneth ANTONE, 37-years old of London, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, is charged with:

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (3 counts).

Bobbi Lynn DOXTATOR, 30-years-old of Oneida of the Thames First Nation, is charged with:

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Flight from a Peace Officer.

Hashi YASSIN, 24-years-old of Scarborough, is charged with:

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (2 counts).

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Failure to Comply with an Order.

A 17-year-old individual is charged with:

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (2 counts).

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Failure to Comply with an Order.

All four individuals have appeared in court in London.
