(MILDMAY, ON) – On March 19, 2020 at 10:03 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a disturbance on Pinkerton Street in Mildmay. Officers arrived and determined that an assault had taken place. The accused refused to cooperate with police and became combative while being arrested.
A 32-year-old Brockton resident was charged with 2 counts of Assault with a Weapon, Assault a Peace Officer, Assault, Mischief under $5,000 and Breach of Recognizance. The accused was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing.
