(GEORGIAN BLUFFS) – On April 11, 2020 at 2:23 p.m. Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called for a traffic compliant involving a (black) Sport Utility Vehicle driving erratically and unsafely on Highway 21, travelling towards Owen Sound, in Grey County.
Grey Bruce OPP officers stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The driver was transported to Grey Bruce OPP detachment in Wiarton.
40 year old, Darla WESLEY from Saugeen First Nation has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, section 320.14(1) (a) Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is required to attend Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on June 18, 2020.
