(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On January 6, 2020 at 10:53 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle in the ditch along Highway 9 in Kincardine Township. Officers arrived and discovered that the pick-up truck’s licence plates had been reported stolen. Three occupants of the vehicle were located nearby and arrested without incident.
Gary VANALSTINE, 44-years-old, of London was charged with Impaired Driving, 2 counts of Driving while under Suspension, 2 counts of Possessing a Controlled Substance, Open Alcohol, Cannabis Readily Available, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Possession of Break-In Instruments. He was held in custody pending the results of a show cause hearing scheduled for January 7, 2020.
Craig MARCHE, 26-years-old, of Thames Centre was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Break-In Instruments, Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Fail to Comply with Probation Order. He was held in custody pending the results of a show cause hearing scheduled for January 7, 2020.
