Cell Phone Ticket Issued On Hwy 21

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 12, 2020 at 12:02 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol along Highway 21 in the Municipality of Kincardine when they observed a motorist using a cell phone.

A 54-year-old Huron-Kinloss Township resident was charged for Drive with Handheld Communication Device.

This charge carries a maximum fine of $1,000 and 3 demerit points upon conviction.
