$180,000 In Jewellery & Guns Stolen From Bluevale

(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking tips from the public to help solve a recent break-in and theft that has taken place in Bluevale.

Sometime between December 26th and December 30th, 2019 someone forced entry into a Margaret Street residence through a patio door. Upon entering the residence those responsible ransacked the residence and broke into a gun locker.

The three firearms stolen are:

A Browning Cynergy 12 gauge shotgun with a brown stock and a silver barrel

A Browning Bar II Safari 300 semi-automatic with a brown wooden stock

A CJZ replica AK47 with a folding stock

Also stolen was some high value jewellery valued at approximately $180,000. The stolen pieces consisted of a large white 14 karat gold cross with diamonds, a ladies’ ring with a blue stone and multiple diamonds, a men’s 14 karat gold ring with diamonds and other assorted diamond chains.

In addition to the stolen jewellery & firearms, a quantity of cash was also stolen.
