(NORTH PERTH, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a young person after a traffic stop north of Listowel.
Shortly after 8:00 p.m. on May 7 2020, an OPP officer stopped a vehicle travelling on Perth Road 164, in the Municipality of North Perth. During the investigation, cannabis was observed to be readily available to the driver.
As a result, a 17 year old from Clifford has been charged with:
Drive motor vehicle or boat with Cannabis readily available, contrary to the Cannabis Control Act
