28 Year Old Facing Break & Enter Charges

On January 19, 2021, at approximately 8 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to the area of King Street West in Kitchener for a report of a break and enter. A male allegedly forced entry to a business and left after being confronted. At approximately 11 p.m., police responded to the area of River Road East for reports of an alarm at a business. Upon arrival, police located a male inside. As a result of the investigation, police formed grounds that the male had committed both break and enters. A 28-year-old Waterloo male has been charged with several offences including two counts of break and enter with intent to commit theft, and possession of break-in instruments. The male was held for a bail hearing.
