(ARRAN TWP, ON) – On December 1, 2020 at 2:31 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a theft from a residence along Concession 10 west in Arran Township. One individual was taken into custody and charges have been laid.
Joshua MISQUADIS, 38-years-old, of Saugeen First Nation has been charged with:
- Theft of motor vehicle
- Flight from peace officer
- Dangerous Driving
- Impaired Driving
- Assault a Peace Officer
- Possess a Firearm
- Possess a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- 2 counts of Break and Enter
- 2 counts of Possessing a Controlled Substance
- Possess more than 30 grams of Marijuana
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Possess a Firearm or Ammunition while Prohibited
- 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking
- 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order
- Fail to Comply with Probation
The accused was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for December 2, 2020.
Officers are continuing to search for a Red Suzuki 400 and 3 long guns. If you observe the stolen ATV, do not approach it. Contact your local police as soon as possible by calling 9-1-1.
