(MIDDLESEX, ON) – On Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 10:09 p.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to reports from the pubic of two suspicious persons, observed waving down traffic on Egermont Dr. in the Municipality of Thames Centre.
Upon arrival at the scene officers located two parties who stated their vehicle ran out of fuel. Police soon learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the London Police Service (LPS).
As a result of an investigation police have charged Connor DANN – age 27- of London ON with:
- Two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada, as per section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).
- Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice (Identity fraud) as per section 403(1)(d) CC
- Failure to comply with undertaking as per section 145(4)(a) CC
Police have also charged Dayna CAMPBELL-SUESS – 26- of Espanola, ON with:
- Two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada, as per section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).
- Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice (Identity fraud) as per section 403(1)(d) CC
Both parties have been scheduled to appear in an Ontario Court of Justice on a future date to speak to the charges.
