(MIDDLESEX, ON) – On May 26, 2021 at 9:47 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police, London-Middlesex EMS and North Middlesex Fire, responded to a single vehicle collision on Nairn Road, North Middlesex Township.
As a result, Cale DUENK, a 33-year-old from Exeter has been charged with:
- Operation while impaired – drugs, section 320.14(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine, section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on July 16, 2021 to speak to the charges.
